Experience Circuit VIP Pass Giveaway – Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Entry requires only a free Insider membership. Purchasing a paid Experience Circuit membership does not provide additional entries or any advantage. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. Sponsor

The Experience Circuit [RACE NAME] VIP Pass Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Illuminate Experience Group LLC, 371 E 36th St, Garden City, Idaho 83714 ("Sponsor"), operating as Experience Circuit, Powered by Illuminate. [If used: The Giveaway is administered by [ADMINISTRATOR NAME, ADDRESS] ("Administrator").]

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. [If any prize area serves alcohol or has a 21+ credential requirement, change to 21.]

The following people are not eligible: employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor; of any participating race team or Prize Provider, including ThorSport Racing, Alpha Prime Racing and Garage 66; of NASCAR, the host racetrack and event venues; of any prize provider, promotional partner or agency; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. Promotion period

The Giveaway begins at [12:00:00 a.m.] Eastern Time ("ET") on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on [END DATE, at least 14 days before the race weekend] (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

This Giveaway is one of a series of separate giveaways Sponsor runs for 2027 NASCAR race weekends. Each giveaway is governed by its own Official Rules and has its own promotion period, drawing and prize. Entries in one giveaway do not carry over to any other.

5. How to enter

To enter, become an Experience Circuit INSIDER at ExperienceCircuit.com. Insider membership is free. Complete the Insider sign-up form with your first and last name, email address, ZIP code and date of birth, then submit. Each eligible Insider whose membership is active during the Promotion Period receives one (1) entry into this Giveaway.

Limit: One (1) Insider registration per person and per email address, and one (1) entry per Insider in this Giveaway. Paid memberships (Checkered Club, Checkered Club Premium and all Winners Circle tiers) include Insider status but receive no additional entries and no better odds. Registrations using multiple identities or email addresses, scripts, bots or other automated means are void. Incomplete or illegible registrations are void. Unsubscribing from member emails does not remove an Insider's entry.

If there is a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry belongs to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted.

6. Prizes

Each winner will receive two (2) VIP Garage and Pit Passes, one for the winner and one for one (1) guest, for the [RACE NAME] race weekend at [TRACK NAME] on [RACE WEEKEND DATES]. Approximate retail value ("ARV") per prize: $[AMOUNT]. Total ARV of all prizes in this Giveaway: $[AMOUNT].

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household across all 2027 Experience Circuit race weekend giveaways. A person who has already won in another of these giveaways is not eligible to win this Giveaway.

Prize provider: VIP passes are provided by Sponsor's participating team partner for this race weekend, [ThorSport Racing / Alpha Prime Racing / Garage 66] (each a "Prize Provider"). Sponsor administers the Giveaway and selects and notifies winners. The Prize Provider issues the credentials and controls the VIP experience on race weekend. Winners must follow the Prize Provider's instructions to claim and use their passes. Prize Providers are not sponsors of this Giveaway.

Not included: travel, lodging, meals not listed above, parking, ground transportation, race tickets or admission beyond the VIP Garage and Pit Passes, gratuities, taxes and any other expenses, unless otherwise specified in writing by Sponsor or the Prize Provider for a particular race weekend. These costs are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

Conditions:

• Passes are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. No substitution by winner. If a Prize Provider cannot provide a prize for any reason, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, which may be provided by another team partner.
• Winner and guest must follow all rules, credential requirements, age minimums, dress codes (for example, closed-toe shoes in garage and pit areas) and safety instructions set by NASCAR, the racetrack and participating teams. Access to any area is at the sole discretion of those parties and may be limited or revoked for safety or conduct.
• Guest must be eligible under Section 3 and sign a release before receiving a credential. A guest under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, where minors are permitted at all.
• If the race is postponed, rescheduled, shortened or canceled for weather or any other reason, the prize applies to the rescheduled date, if any. Any portion not used is forfeited and no substitute or compensation will be awarded.
• Driver, team or personnel appearances, if any, are not guaranteed.

7. Winner selection and notification

Drawing: Within [three (3)] days after the Promotion Period ends, Sponsor [or Administrator] will select the winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email [and/or direct message] on or about [DATE]. A potential winner must respond within [48 hours / 3 days] of the notification attempt.

Verification: Each potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within [3 days] of receiving them. The guest must sign a Liability and Publicity Release before receiving a credential.

Forfeiture: A potential winner who cannot be reached, does not respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select no more than [two (2)] alternates per prize, after which the prize may go unawarded. Because prizes are tied to a fixed race date, Sponsor may shorten these deadlines if notice is given in the notification message.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. A winner whose total prizes from Sponsor during the year are valued at $600 or more must provide a valid taxpayer identification number on a W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099. A winner who does not provide a W-9 forfeits the prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photographs and video taken at the event for advertising and promotion in any media, without further compensation or approval.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or acts in a disruptive, harassing or unsportsmanlike way. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, a virus, weather, a public health order or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it and award prizes from eligible entries received before the event. Any change will be posted on the entry page.

11. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating race teams and Prize Providers, NASCAR, the host racetrack, prize providers, social media platforms and each of their parents, affiliates, officers, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claims, injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, travel to, or use of any prize. Motorsports events involve inherent risks, and winners and guests attend at their own risk.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries; technical, network or computer failures; or printing or typographical errors in Giveaway materials.

12. Disputes and governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, without any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at experiencecircuit.com/policies/privacy-policy. Insiders receive Experience Circuit member updates by email and may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entries. Sponsor will not send marketing text messages without separate express written consent.

14. Disclaimers

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, NASCAR, [TRACK NAME], Instagram, Facebook or Meta. [Remove or revise the NASCAR and track references only if you have written approval to state an affiliation.] All team, series, track and event names and marks are the property of their owners and are used with permission [or: for identification only].

15. Winners list

For the names of the winners, available after [DATE], send a request by email to CustomerCare@experiencecircuit.com or by mail to the Sponsor address in Section 2, with "[RACE NAME] VIP Giveaway Winners" in the subject or on the envelope, by [DATE].
